St. Simon's knows the value of food to bring a congregation together. In the spring we throw a Seder dinner and in the fall we created the Feast of St. Michael.

- "Diving Twins" is a pun on my two main topics are scuba diving and my twin boys. "twins" is also a European reference to double tanks used in deeper technical diving or cave exploration. Since I dive "twins" and have "twins" it makes for a catchy name.
